The ABC Model

Three checks to make before you act.

Leaders add information and judgement that AI lacks. The ABC Model helps them do this with three questions.

  1. Assumptions

What the AI may have assumed

What did the AI have to guess?

  2. Biases

    What may influence your judgement

What is the strongest case against this answer?

  3. Complexity

    People and consequences left out

Who is missing? What happens after we act?
